Linen Wrap Dress Khaki

I was so excited to receive this dress from Rune as I have avidly followed your journey. The dress is beautifully made and great quality so I wasn’t disappointed, but, it was sooo long! I’m 5’2” and should have checked before ordering. I am getting it taken up so it’ll be fine. Bit disappointed there were no pockets but overall very happy with the dress and will be buying more in the future.

I’ve already raved about the black wrap dress, but something struck me as I was trying on this khaki version. I own a lot of very beautiful dresses, some of which were stupidly expensive but, despite that cost, I’ve never bought a dress which I haven’t needed to alter in some way. Often it’s the belt which needs modifying, or I need darts added to the dress, or I have the pockets removed, etc. but there isn’t a single thing I need to change on Rune’s wrap dress before I wear it. That’s blown my mind a bit and has made me look again at other items in my wardrobe and wonder if any of them were actually designed by a person with a body like mine. I suspect I know the answer.
Here’s hoping Rune makes this in other colourways (and winter fabrics?), because I reckon I’d buy every single version.
